Doug has over 40 years of strategic advisory and planning related experience in the healthcare sector. His project portfolio ranges from large scale comprehensive medical centers, to replacement hospitals, to smaller scale community hospitals.

Doug has been recognized as an influencer in the US healthcare facilities arena by such groups as Globe St and Healthcare Design Magazine and regularly speaks at conferences and universities across the US. He was selected as the top Healthcare Architect in the US [HCD 10 awardee] in 2020-21 by the US based Healthcare Design Magazine.

Sandesh Jagdev, M.Eng.

Founding Principal, Logimaxx
Mr. Jagdev is a founding principal at Logimaxx a logistics and supply chain consulting firm. He has 20 years of experience in logistics automation planning in healthcare facilities and over 31 years of experience in supply-chain and logistics management in multiple industries. He has led development and implementation of innovative logistics, supply-chain, inventory optimization and facility planning strategies using Lean Six-Sigma process approach.

Mr. Jagdev a recognized expert in logistics automation and has a Master of Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Engineering, Production Engineering at College of Engineering, Kolhapur, India.

Ross Davidson, DBIA, Assoc. AIA, FHFI

Associate Executive Director, Office of Facilities Planning (OFP)
Office of Construction and Facilities Management (CFM)
Mr. Davidson serves as the principal advisor to the Executive Director, CFM on planning, architectural, engineering, and estimating disciplines, and assists and manages the development and maintenance of VA A/E quality standards for VA's built environment; State Nursing Home Grant and Homeless Grant Programs' facility quality control; cost estimating; and value engineering, and historic preservation and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance issues.

Mr. Davidson is a retired U.S. Army Colonel. He served in a variety of executive and leadership positions with extensive experience in planning, programming, design, construction, initial outfitting, logistics, transition, and disposal of medical and research facilities. He served as the health facility lifecycle subject matter expert to the U.S. Army Surgeon General to developed strategic plan for recruiting, training, and retaining officers in architecture, engineering, planning, and construction management skills to support health facility requirements. He is a Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.

Devin Harrison, MBA, PMP

Associate Director Assessment Collaboration and Outreach, Simulation Learning, Evaluation, Assessment, and Research Network (SimLEARN)
Devin Harrison has a 20-year record of public service within VA. His journey began at VA Hudson Valley Healthcare System, and he most recently served as Assessment Collaboration and Outreach’s (ACO) Simulation-based Healthcare Design Testing project manager at SimLEARN, where he joined in 2020.

Throughout his federal career, Devin has held various influential positions within VA, demonstrating his versatility and commitment to making a difference. He has served as a general engineer, community-based outpatient clinic coordinator and diffusion specialist, contributing his expertise to a diverse range of projects. His bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering technology from South Carolina State University and master's in business administration, along with his project management professional (PMP) Credential from the Project Management Institute, reflect his dedication to continuous learning and professional growth.

Devin's extensive experience spans multiple domains, including mobile application development, software application integration, and construction renovation and design. Leveraging his talents, he plays a vital role in modernizing the VA enterprise and enhancing Veterans’ experiences. His expertise, combined with his passion for improving the well-being of others, positions him as an asset within the organization.

Transforming the VA’s Recapitalization Process

The Veterans Health Administration operates nearly 1,300 facilities, including 171 VA medical centers, many of them needing modernization. Learn how the VA is using people, processes, and technology – including integrated teams, sim learning, and digital twins -- to speed up and standardize planning, design, and construction.

Kasey Boxleitner

Decarb Sales Leader – Commercial HVAC North American, Trane
Kasey Boxleitner is the Decarbonization Sales Leader for Trane Commercial. Kasey has responsibility for driving growth in the decarbonization space. She supports field sales, sales management, and fulfillment team efforts to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives.

Kasey joined Trane after graduating from the University of Wisconsin with her bachelor’s in mechanical engineering in 2017. She has held various roles with Trane leveraging her engineering background to help customers achieve their goals. Her specialty is the design and implementation of decarbonized systems.

Kasey is a participant in her local Trane Women’s Network where she volunteers with Project Scientist. She is on the Board of Governors for the Boston ASHRAE Chapter and is a member of BOMA and NAIOP.
